I have looked EVERYwhere for the right truck, and was met with a lot of dead ends. ----------- What can I say? I had a truly desirable transaction with Kevin at the Dracut location! I saw a truck listed online, that was at their Tyngsboro location. I called and asked if it was still available, and within 20 minutes he had the truck moved to Dracut so I could take a look! THAT is fast service! But what happened during the preview and negotiation process is what was even more commendable. Kevin didn't SELL me the truck. He only gave me the tools and info needed to make an informed decision for myself. He repeated himself a couple times for clarity, that he's not in the business of forcing quick sales that might end up ultimately with dissatisfied customers after they take it home. Because after all, forming long term relationships with happy customers is what a business like Modern Auto Sales thrives on. Kevin was super friendly without an ounce of pressure, which I appreciated! The truck was priced more than appropriately for what it was, and I couldn't be more thrilled about the superb condition they had it in, as well as the feeling that I got every penny in value that I paid for it.
