Extremely helpful, non-pushy, and polite I was a first time car buyer, looking for a manual transmission vehicle. They’re not super easy to come by in good condition, but Kevin was more than I was a first time car buyer, looking for a manual transmission vehicle. They’re not super easy to come by in good condition, but Kevin was more than willing to show me a couple options they had on the lot at their Dracut location. He gave me all the information on the vehicle, pricing all broken down, and what had been done to the car at the dealership. I can say that the great experience I had at Modern auto sales was greatly Kevin’s doing, but the dealership itself seems to be a very welcoming and respectable dealership. The dealership surely has attention to detail and ensures the customer that the vehicle they’re buying is exactly as advertised. They do as much work needed on the cars for them to be a reliable vehicle, and the perks I got from buying from Modern were pretty sweet too. A dealership like this is surely somewhere I’ll be returning for future purchases, and I love my new VW! Thanks Kevin! More
