Concerning the purchase of a used 2013 Expedition Mixed emotions and concerns about several items concerning the purchase of this used automobile at this time. Most everyone I had dealt with was very helpful. There definitely were and still are some negatives about this sale. More

Service theft Sent my truck in for air conditioning service. Went to pick it up and they said it needed over a thousand dollars in brake repair and that it could n Sent my truck in for air conditioning service. Went to pick it up and they said it needed over a thousand dollars in brake repair and that it could not be driven. I had it towed to brakes plus and they fixed it for $401 including the tow. It took two weeks for Bill Utter to figure out they did not know how to repair a brake line. I had to call other dealerships for Bill Utter to realize it could be repaired. If they would have had it their way I would have sold them my truck for way less than it was worth and financed a new truck. More
