Kevin has been my service advisor on multiple occasions. He is always professional. He respects the customer’s choices regarding optional services. Communicates clearly. Every experience I have with this service department is a nightmare. They take my car from me for days on end with no communication. This is our family car (family of 5) and I can't get my kids to school/ac nightmare. They take my car from me for days on end with no communication. This is our family car (family of 5) and I can't get my kids to school/activities without it. Why would a dealership contact me about my service appointment and tell me I could move it to a sooner time, only to suddenly be so backed up that they have to hold my car for half a week, provide zero loaner car, and tell me that if I want my car back I have to pay the $300 diagnostic fee? I will never return to this service center and I will never buy a Chrysler again. More

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of Horrible service, no return phone calls. And this is the second time there was more wrong with the car than when I dropped it off. It took 6 days of "diagnosing" to find out it was a bad spark plug. Which is what I was already told by the guy at AutoZone for free. But this was going to cost me $1,600 not including the $600 to fix something that wasn't broken when I gave it to them. More
