I paid $400 for initial diagnosis to be applied if I accepted the work. I accepted the work however the parts could not be located. After a few days I was told it was on back order and no timeline was g accepted the work. I accepted the work however the parts could not be located. After a few days I was told it was on back order and no timeline was given. After a week there was no update on timeline. I finally had enough brought vehicle to my local mechanic he located the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a few days. The diagnosis cost was not waived. I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Two are current. If I’m not compensated this will be my last vehicle from here and I will never be back for service. More

i just changed the battery on this jeep and now the vehicle is asking for a security code before it will start. i called this dealership (where I purchased the vehicle from) and I was told that I would vehicle is asking for a security code before it will start. i called this dealership (where I purchased the vehicle from) and I was told that I would have to have the vehicle towed in and that I would be charged a minimum of $500 dollars for a service call. This code was supposed to be proved to me by this dealership at the time of purchase. Its just a scam to generate a service call. Be aware. More
