Our Service Department stands by our integrity and transparency while providing services to our customers. Your daughter came in for an oil change on May 27th. You advised our Service Department days later, claiming an alleged oil leak. We immediately offered to recheck the vehicle, redo the oil change, and clean it as a good faith gesture. However, you never came in as discussed, but you did contact us days later only to chastise us again. When asked why you didn’t come in or call, you advised that you had taken the car to your own mechanic. If there was truly no oil filter installed, it’s unlikely the car would’ve made it to your home from our location, without immediate failure. This important detail is something your trusted mechanic should have explained. I want to stress that you did not give us the opportunity to verify such a major claim, and that decision is entirely on you. We will continue serving our customers with honesty and transparency, and we wish the same experience for you at your new service center.
