Tammy was friendly knowledgeable and went above and beyond going over the details of the car etc with us instead of just throwing the keys. She kept apologizing because she had 3 other customers she wa beyond going over the details of the car etc with us instead of just throwing the keys. If what she did was her being pulled in multiple different directions it is still 5 times better than other sales people. We will be coming back solely off her service. Just leased a new truck, the front plastic baffle was damaged during shipping. Service ordered new baffle and had it installed in less then 24 hrs. When I arrived a mechanic decided to work on my truck damaged during shipping. Service ordered new baffle and had it installed in less then 24 hrs. When I arrived a mechanic decided to work on my truck rather then take his lunch break which I thought was above and beyond! So far my experience has been amazing with the service department! More
