Truck trouble and extended warranty First contact was Marie Buckley in service she was very helpful with what i thought was going to be a $560.00 repair ( check engine light and replacem First contact was Marie Buckley in service she was very helpful with what i thought was going to be a $560.00 repair ( check engine light and replacement of 02 sensor and injector clean ) that turned out to be a $5000.00 repair i was very thankful that the dealership ( Michiana Chrysler dodge ) sold me a MBPI extended warranty that picked up most of it . They almost rebuilt the hole motor and had it back to me in a week . Marie kept me updated every step of the way . I myself run a RV Service center and know what it is like dealing with retail and Extended Warranties .She did a great job kudos to her and the Dealership i will tell everyone i know what a great job they did for me Jim Deavers More

Most side trapt dealerships I have ever delt with I went in because of all the commercials I kept hearing on the radio. I walk in and everyone is on their phone or talking to co-workers, I find a sale I went in because of all the commercials I kept hearing on the radio. I walk in and everyone is on their phone or talking to co-workers, I find a sales person and they want to buy my 2016 Nissan for 300, I need a truck for winter, So I am looking at trucks and I find one that is decent only $21000, I sign the paperwork and I get my 1st statement and they say I owe 35,000. I call and call and call and I can't get ahold of anyone so I go down there, they said i paid 14,000 in taxes. I have continuously fought with them about this, my lawyer is taking them to court about this matter to I hope they get shut down. More
