I bought a used 2012 Toyota Tundra from Rountree Moore I would work with this dealer again. The salesman I worked with (Jayce) was kind and responsive although not pushy. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 would work with this dealer again. The salesman I worked with (Jayce) was kind and responsive although not pushy. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that any questions about the vehicle or the process that he didn’t know the answer to he would just guess and not do the research to find out. The actual process was typical of a car dealership. Richard in the finance department was very informative and helpful. I did, however, have the maintenance light come on 3/4 of the way on my 2.5 hr drive home from the dealership (day 1). I called twice the next day (day 2) with promises of calls back but never heard anything. The day after that (day 3) the truck wouldn’t even start. I called again and was transferred to sales manager Mandy who assured me she would do some research and get back to me. Kevin from service called me back and, although it was a bit of a process, provided outstanding assistance. He returned my calls and even provided his personal cell number for me to reach him. He worked with the sales department and they paid for the battery in my vehicle to be replaced at a Toyota dealership convenient to my location. All in all I was happy with the dealership and would work with them again. More
