Transmission failure on my 2020 frontier is unacceptable. No more Nissan for us. We’re a family of five with five Nissans (frontier, rogue, Altima, and two kicks). After this we will not be buying another Ni No more Nissan for us. We’re a family of five with five Nissans (frontier, rogue, Altima, and two kicks). After this we will not be buying another Nissan, ever. I have no problem with Kevin as he has always been professional and helpful. Unfortunately Nissan let me down. More

The service at the Route 9 Nissan dealership is excellent. They are informative, customer oriented, and extremely friendly. The waiting area is clean and enjoyable to sit and wait in. I had an appointment previously to fix a recall. I arrived, spent an hour and a half there and was then told I had to take another day off to reschedule this visit as the Nissan computer system was I arrived, spent an hour and a half there and was then told I had to take another day off to reschedule this visit as the Nissan computer system was down. Waiting room accommodations are not great. Tables would be helpful other than the two high top tables with the sun glaring through them. I was juggling my papers, coffee and computer on my lap. I returned for my second visit and nearly fell on ice getting out of my car. I was ignored by one man, helped by the other at the desk. I listened as the same salesperson walked back and forth on her phone for over an hour. It was hard to get work done with that distraction. My car was returned to me after an hour and a half. I walked to my car and nearly fell again. No apologies for the inconvenience. I will probably take my car elsewhere if there is another recall. More

Rt9 Nissan goes above and beyond with every aspect of the dealership including service. They are very transparent no pressure tactics whatsoever at least in my experience and Calvin is a class act salesman. dealership including service.
