Ihab Ghobrial is the guy you want to looking for when you decided to get your new car at Scott Robinson. He helped me and answered all my questions and he was honest with me the whole process. I got my first car, a 2020 civic sport and I couldn’t be more happier. Also shot out for Richard and Kevin from the finance department. They are also awesome!!!! They have lots of options that you can work with and adjust with your needs. Huge store and friendly staff. More

I will never buy a car in my life or my family I buy 2013 pilot. Was the worst. Buy ever since the driving test. Was a problem. Never was fixed. I call the general manager. Never fix. Only problems. Excellent car buying experience I was in the market for a white, 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L. I did my homework on the price before contacting any dealerships. When ready, I emailed Long I was in the market for a white, 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L. I did my homework on the price before contacting any dealerships. When ready, I emailed Long Beach Honda, Airport Marina Honda, DCH Honda in Gardena and Scott Robinson Honda and asked for their last, best no haggle price. DCH Honda didn't reply. Long Beach Honda sent me an offer that was very high. I countered, but they told me the price was non-negotiable. Airport Marina sent me a very good price, and I confirmed via email that there wouldn't be anything added to the price, and they said there would not. We went to Airport Marina and the VERY FIRST thing the salesman tried to do was add $1,095 for a destination charge. Next, even though I specifically informed him before hand that I didn't qualify for the Loyalty Program and the salesman confirmed this via email, he told us they had to raise the price by $1,000 because I didn't qualify. I read him our email messages and he said he "made a mistake." So in about 3 minutes, he raised the price by more than $2,000. His "mistake" was in being dishonest. I received a quote from Troy at Scott Robinson Honda. I confirmed via email that there wouldn't be add-ons. At the dealership, Troy was very friendly and professional, and the cost of the car was as discussed. The purchase price I paid was within $100 of my counteroffer that was not accepted at Long Beach Honda. Everybody at Scott Robinson Honda was very friendly and professional. I worked with Lu and Troy through email, and Troy and Ashley at the dealership. Kevin, in financing was equally as friendly and professional. Troy and Kevin did a good job explaining things like the cost and benefit of add-ons like a security system, the benefit of the extended warranty and other Honda offers. There was NO "hard sell" for the items we didn't want. All in all, it was an excellent car buying experience. More

Since we started our company, we've used our Honda Odyssey to take us to every event we film, which has been over 300 events, in the last 5 years! Our main job is wedding cinematography, so it's cruci Odyssey to take us to every event we film, which has been over 300 events, in the last 5 years! Our main job is wedding cinematography, so it's crucial to have a reliable car to get us to the ceremony and reception sites, or we can't film in the creative style we pride ourselves in doing. We can't be worrying about our car, when it's our shot list and documentation of the event we have to focus on, our Odyssey lets us do that with ease. This is why we always bring it in for it's normal service checkups, to keep it running for years to come. More

I was referred to SR Honda by the Costco Buyer Program. Van listened to what I wanted, asked questions and made suggestions. He saved me $2000. when he explained the difference between 4WD and 2WD and I realized I didn't need 4WD. I wanted a 2012 CRV EXL and it had to Opal Sage! Van worked tirelessly in making it happen. He was honest with me about what they would negotiate on, however, he said it with a smile! Richard has a great sense of humor and Kevin was very patient and thorough as he explained the car's electronics to me. Overall, it was the best experience I've had purchasing a car. More
