Unique failure of HONDA equipment . The roof antenna fell off & cost recall over $400. I t was NEVER hit or misused & it is SAD to see HONDA equipment fail without cause However Indy Honda SERVICE S fell off & cost recall over $400. Dropped off wife’s car for oil and recalls. Picked it up 4-5 hours later and dropped off my car for oil and 1 recall, said it would be an hour. Went back 2 hours later, still not done yet. Waited 1/2 hour a 4-5 hours later and dropped off my car for oil and 1 recall, said it would be an hour. Went back 2 hours later, still not done yet. Waited 1/2 hour and went to check on status, they hadn’t even started working on the vehicle - got keys and left. I had gotten a babysitter and arranged to have this done and taken care of. Now my car still needs an oil change and recall fixed. Now one hour has turned into another trip to the dealer and more wasted time and that pisses me off. More
