I have been in the market to sell my old car and honestly put it off way longer than necessary because of the anxiety and aggravation of the entire process, bolstered by bad experiences in the past. After researching cars for what felt like an eternity I decided to appraise my current car while at a service appointment. Turns out it was the best decision because it set the ball rolling into leasing a new HR-V and I could not be happier. I received a call from Paul Kim who walked me through the appraisal process and subsequently was instrumental in making the car buying process so comfortable, flexible, and ultimately very easy. After our initial conversation I was quickly greeted by Paul and later by his manager Kevin Milan who were very personable and professional. I have worked in a customer service related precession for 15 years and seldom these days do I feel a genuine and sincere connection.
