I drove in without an appointment and Alexander Valera greeted my family and myself right in the parking lot. We talked for a while and we ran through the numbers but it wasn’t where my wife and I wanted greeted my family and myself right in the parking lot. We talked for a while and we ran through the numbers but it wasn’t where my wife and I wanted it to be. He wasn’t pushy and went above and beyond to find something that would fit in our budget. We went in looking for a Pilot Touring but ended up leaving with a Pilot TrailSport instead. We didn’t expect to get such a great deal with the TrailSport but Alexander and the management team made it happen. Everyone in the dealership was kind and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the inside of the vehicle was a little filthy upon delivery to my house. More

I walked in on guard after a pretty horrible experience at another Honda dealer when I purchased my last vehicle. Patsy and the team were all professional, transparent, and patient with me throughout the w at another Honda dealer when I purchased my last vehicle.
