The show room was clean and pleasant. I was very pleased with my sales person. Originally test drove a soul and then decided it was not for me. A few days later I called and asked Kevin i I was very pleased with my sales person. Originally test drove a soul and then decided it was not for me. A few days later I called and asked Kevin if he had a Sportage and he said no. A few days later he texted me and said he had a Sportage on the lot. I replied and said I’ve got a deal that I’m ready to execute you’ll have to beat that deal and I’m not coming down there to talk about it. He contacted me back the same day with an offer that was much better than what I was contemplating at the time. I am not naïve enough to think that the dealership did not make extremely good money off me in this inflated market. However Kevin saved me $4000 of my hard earned cash. And that makes me very happy. His timing could not have been better. And he was extremely easy to work with and pleasant and friendly. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone who asks More

We had the best experience with Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. We came just looking to take a test drive of SUVs. But the sales staff was so helpful and above all, frank and honest, we really trusted th Kennesaw. We came just looking to take a test drive of SUVs. Pretty good experience except for the a finance issue, and even that is not the fault of the dealership itself. I am executor of my father's estate, and wanted to write a check for the purchase price, fr and even that is not the fault of the dealership itself. I am executor of my father's estate, and wanted to write a check for the purchase price, from the estate account, of which I am executor. They refused it, even though I provided Letters Testamentary. "Mr. Ellis's rule", according to the finance manager, is that I have to have something that mentions Power of Attorney. Power of Attorney is for those still living, which my father is not. The lack of knowledge and understanding on the part of whoever made that rule was disappointing. More
