They were always kind and attentive - even when we just dropped in - and went above and beyond to make sure we not only found the vehicle we wanted, but were comfortable with the process. Not new to car buying, they definitely impressed us with their knowledge and undivided attention. Kevin was fantastic with going over all of the features of the vehicle and making sure we understood them. This is the first time I actually know what all the buttons do in my new car! The finance portion with Robert was painless and smoothly executed. His friendly personality made us feel like old friends. I never like buying a car but, as I am in the sales/customer service industry myself I appreciated their extra effort in making it a smooth transaction. More
