Easy Purchase! I've been in the market for a Honda Clarity for a few months. Since it's a plugin hybrid and a new offereing from Honda, it's been difficult for me to I've been in the market for a Honda Clarity for a few months. Since it's a plugin hybrid and a new offereing from Honda, it's been difficult for me to find one in my color of choice. Last week, one showed up at Matt Burne Honda in Scranton, PA, which is about two and a half hours from my home. I reached out to the dealership, through their website, on Sunday. Believe it or not, Lori, who work in Internet Sales, e-mailed me back Sunday evening confirming the availability of the vehicle and that she would get back to me Monday morning with pricing information. Lori was super to work with and communicated with me quickly throughout the week, both via e-mail and phone, to allow me to purchase the vehicle the following Saturday! She made the process extremely easy! Matt was the salesperson that I worked with to finalize the transaction. Once I committed to the purchase midweek, Matt ensured all the documents were in line so that when I arrived Saturday, it would be a simple sale. A few days prior to my Saturday appointment, he discovered that my trade had my wife's name on the title. I suppose I knew this, but didn't think my wife would need to make the trip to Scranton for the sale and she had family coming that day so actually couldn't. Matt sent a driver to my wife's work to get her signature! I have never experienced a salesperson that went so far out of their way for the convenience of the customer. Not only did Matt catch this prior to me making the long trip to the dealership, he took complete ownership to get it addressed. Between my wife and me, we purchase a vehiche about once ever 2 or 3 years and Matt Burne Honda is the best dealership that we have ever worked with. Lori and Matt were absolutely outstanding! More

Great service from start to finish! I called in earlier in the week and was directed to speak to Rick. He gave me all the information he could over the phone and we set up an appointment I called in earlier in the week and was directed to speak to Rick. He gave me all the information he could over the phone and we set up an appointment to meet that weekend to look at the Odyssey and Pilot. He helped us with the all the information on both and let us test drive them. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush us into anything. We were trading in my Sienna and he was able to give us a great deal for our trade in and helped us with the extras we ordered. He was very knowledgeable on our Odyssey and made sure we were taken care of when we went over to see Kevin in finance. There was a bit of a wait, and we were fine with it. Kevin was nice, professional, knowledgeable and made sure to throw in some free oil changes for waiting. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of extra stuff. My husband and I said when we need another car we will be going back to Matt Burne and hopefully Rick and Kevin will still be there! More

Extremely Happy!!! This is my second time buying a car from Joe Kirby. The first car at Matt Burne, but second in total. He is the only salesman we will ever buy from! He is VERY helpful in making sure we get placed in the perfect vehicle for our family. He does everything he can for the customer and he is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. We even brought him a cupcake for our appreciation! He is more than a salesman, when you buy with him you become a friend, and family. Thank you so much Joe!! Also, I want to say thank you so much to Tim in finance, who encouraged us to wait until we found a rate that was better for us instead of pushing us into something we weren't ready for. He has a family as well, knows how it is, and truly wants the best for his customers. Lastly, I want to thank Kevin. Kevin worked his magic with the bank, and were able to get us a better rate and a more affordable price. He was very courteous, and we are very happy we dealt with all three of these amazing men to help us get a car we love!! THANK YOU! More

Our sales person, Dave Walsh was great. No pressure, shared with us all our options, and on the day of pick up took alot of time to explain everything about the car. I'd recommend Burne and Dave if you are looking for a Honda. More

Great experience My daughter and I live 60 miles from Scranton. After communicating , via telephone and texting, we drove to Burne’s for a 9:30 appointment. After looking on line at their inventory and talking to the salesman my search was down to two cars. When we arrived they had both cars cleaned of snow, warmed up and ready to go. We test drove both , the price was RIGHT , and we made our choice . I thought we would go back in a few days to pick it up , but , the salesman said “ you can have it today”. I was amazed!!! By 2:30 we were home with our new car. This was my third purchase at Burne Honda and by far the easiest. I know I will be back for my next one. More
