He was never pushy or impatient with me. What I didn't know was they were about to close, He stayed over just to make sure I was satisfied..Thank you Rick. Although I had already researched the vehicle I sought out and knew quite a bit about it, he still made an effort to provide information I might have missed. In fact he called me shortly after the purchase about a feature we hadn't talked about that I wasn't aware of; kudos on that. Kevin was also awesome. He laid out a list of financial choices and options allowing me to process and make the decision. I had expected a horrible experience of back and forth, single number exchanges leaving me outside my budget, but this wasn't the case. Thanks for a great change of opinion to this staff. More
