He was transparent, responsive and incredibly helpful, providing prompt follow-up, detailed videos and all the information we needed about the truck before making the drive from Jacksonville. Kevin introduced us to David. He picked the best because David is amazing. He walked us through all of the details of the truck. He also ensured we had a thorough knowledge of the functions of the vehicle before leaving. The truck detailing was not completed, so he personally took it to the detailer and explained what I requested. When I returned to Panama City (home), the truck needed some buffing to remove the residue from some old stickers, so I went to a local body shop. The body repair technician let me know that the entire right side of the truck had been damaged and repainted. Whoever painted it actually painted over one of the stickers. The damage was not disclosed during the sale of the truck. The Carfax report only stated there were some scratches. I spoke with David, and he seemed as surprised as I was. I find it difficult to believe that someone in their service department did not investigate the damage and disclose it to the sales team. We would purchase a vehicle from Palm Chevrolet (and David) again, but we will be far more careful when we check out the vehicle. More
