I had a great experience buying a 2023 Ford Maverick from Empire New Bedford. Because of the unique requirements for ordering a Maverick (orders were open only for a few days) most of the initial transaction Empire New Bedford. Later, when it came time to complete the paperwork, the only real snags occurred between my insurance and the bank. Kevin Pereira the salesperson, Kevin Bancroft the Sales manager, and Roberto Perez in Finance were professional and friendly.
