My husband and I purchased a vehicle for 30k and were completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of help once we signed the papers....We left several voicemails with my name and phone number completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of help once we signed the papers....We left several voicemails with my name and phone number that went unanswered for weeks. I was transferred to so many people when I did finally reach a person at the other end of my call only to be told I’d get a call back because “they were busy” with another customer like our money wasn’t any good after we dropped nearly $10k on a down-payment. We like our vehicle, but had we known this was the service we’d receive, we would’ve spent our time and money elsewhere. More

I came in to finance a new car with a trade-in. Kevin helped find exactly what I wanted and didn’t hold back on any truths about final pricing and affordability. Empire Ford of New Bedford is a great family owned business. When I walked in Kevin Periera greeted me and my daughter right away with a smile. He was very patient with me even though I was very ind business. When I walked in Kevin Periera greeted me and my daughter right away with a smile. He was very patient with me even though I was very indecisive about buying a vehicle seeing as how I had only lost mine because someone hit it and it was totaled. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I did not feel pressured at all, unlike my experience at some other dealerships. Being a father himself he was very sweet to my daughter, making sure to answer all of her silly 5 year old questions and comments as well. The rest of the staff were very friendly also and it was a great experience buying a car at Empire Ford of New Bedford. More
