I Freaking LOVE my new car!!! JT was the first person I had the pleasure of dealing with over the phone n e-mail. He sent me tons of information on specific cars I had researched a JT was the first person I had the pleasure of dealing with over the phone n e-mail. He sent me tons of information on specific cars I had researched and help me find a few. When I was ready to test drive, it was very short notice and unfortunately he wasn’t in the office that Saturday, but he made sure Kevin was there right when I walked in and had the cars ready! I test drove a Toyota Corolla and did like it. I had seen it on line for a couple weeks... He walked patiently around the lot with me showing me cars in my price range. We looked at several and when he showed the Altima I knew I wanted to test drive it! And when I did... I fell in Love... I knew I wanted that car so we went to do numbers... It was a little more expensive that I wanted but Brandon in Finance got me an incredible interest rate considering I had a medical bankruptcy in the last couple years! I have been working hard to improve my credit and had a nice down payment... I was expecting a much higher interest rate... In Brandon’s office I felt light headed and nauseous when signing papers and he offered me gum and a trash can lol...Him and Kevin were fantastic thru out the whole process and every time drive my car all I can do is smile and tell her she runs great and tell her how sexy she is! A girl thing perhaps! I also got a bumper to bumper warranty because they got me a better than excpected rate. I Freaking LOVE my new Altima!!! Thank you guys so much!!! More

Sales and service Originally stopped at Lithia Honda to look at used Civics on the lot. One thing led to another and ended up in a new CRV Tourer. The reason for this i Originally stopped at Lithia Honda to look at used Civics on the lot. One thing led to another and ended up in a new CRV Tourer. The reason for this is simple, Kevin our salesperson knew his product. Though we ran him around the lot a bit looking at just about everything, he was patient and knowledgeable. It seemed to me that Kevin genuinely had an interest in filling our exact needs for a vehicle. After signing we had a chance to work with the service department the next day to take care of a couple of add ons. Josh was extremely helpful and even helped us unpack (we were on vacation) the new car and get us into a loaner for the day. We ended up not picking up our CRV until the next morning. I went into the service department to look for Josh, but did not see him. I was waiting at the counter (other service tech. helping customer) when Josh shows up key and paperwork in hand. Josh apparently saw me drive in and went out to get my car before I was even parked. Now that's service! Josh even suggested we get together next time we were in the area to go to his favorite fishing hole. A generous gesture following up on a conversation we had the day before. While I have singled out Kevin and Josh, we did in fact work/talk with other staff at Lithia. Everyone were friendly and eager to help. I am a manager in a service oriented business and my staff consist of sales and service. I appreciate the commitment to top notch service, and the Lithia team has shown me a higher bar to achieve with my team. Great job folks! More

Not your typical car salesmen! Excellent service Excellent service and a superior product. Loved the way the salesman went above and beyond to make sure he was being fully honest about the product. Pointing out differences between models, so I was clear on what I was buying. He even came in on his day off to sell me the car. Finance officer was not too pushy and sales manager was reasonable.
