Tri State Nissan's service center is a JOKE!! I took my truck in to have it looked at and they charged me $104 to hook it to their computer. Then they told me I needed a new $5000 transmission! I took my truck in to have it looked at and they charged me $104 to hook it to their computer. Then they told me I needed a new $5000 transmission! I'm no idiot, so I got a second opinion at Interstate Transmission and it turns out I just needed a new valve body! The code clearly shows it was a 'clutch solenoid circuit short'! What a JOKE, Tri State! God only knows how many people you guys have cheated out of money! And when I went to pick it up thay gave me a "list of things you should have us fix for you" the total was $7500! I felt like they just wanted me to look at the list and just walk next door to the showroom and trade it in on a new one! What a JOKE, Tri State! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE AGAIN! Shame on you, Tri State...Shame on you! More
