Led us to the slaughter with a smile! JD and Kevin did an excellent job for us , they made the drab process of a vehicle purchase much more bearable and painfree as possible. As with any JD and Kevin did an excellent job for us , they made the drab process of a vehicle purchase much more bearable and painfree as possible. As with any new vehicle it is a slaughterhouse process meaning you are shellIng out big money and taking a huge hit and on value to nice you drive it off the lot. JD and Kevin were very professional, kind and generous with their time to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the buying process. I would recommend either of these two for any vehicle needs on their lot. More

My de My salesman was great, dealership large, clean and everyone very nice. I spoke with Stacy on the internet and Bill on the phone and in person. My deal was Great I am very pleased with my Van Love it. My salesman drove 45 minutes to get my husband's signature in the pouring rain. Never know a salesman to do that before. I didn't have to go see 3 or 4 different people to get my deal. My experience with Phillips was the best I ever had and I have been buying Vans for 55 years. You want a good deal go there More

Our first Minivan Marcus was a super professional sales guy who guided us through the various offerings. We ended up with a 2017 Pacifica with 2800 miles on it. When the finance Manager believes knowledge is negativity Sales person was a pleasure to work with but the finance person acted more like an adolescent. We already had financing in place prior to stepping in Sales person was a pleasure to work with but the finance person acted more like an adolescent. We already had financing in place prior to stepping into his office. He said "let's see if I can get you less than the 3.59%" regions offered". We said we know that dealerships make money on financing as mortgage brokers make money selecting Lenders. For the second time he said that we are very negative and he got extremely defensive and said there is nothing wrong with making money. He told us that we could leave. A that point my wife bit her tongue as she was ready to leave. We agreed however to stay. We know that dealerships can make money off financing and we asked what the APR was so that we could make an educated decision. He instead repeated the interest rate that he could get us, again we asked the APR in which he provided. The difference was 3.39 to 3.51% with APR. Ok we agreed to that. Next, he brought out his warranty to show comparison prices. We weren't interested because we can always get a warranty later without financing it. The cost to finance a warranty policy is not a great idea in our opinion. He again got defensive and said I don't care if you take this or not and you can go ahead and leave. At this point I knew that I was ready to leave and requested to lower the price of the vehicle. He stood up and said I can't do that and had to talk to the sales manager. I was happy with the price till I experienced his rudeness toward me and my wife. We walked out of the empty office to talk to the salesman. The salesman was shocked, I went outside leaving my wife to talk to salesman. My wife came out to get me and tell me they came down in price and I said I didn't want to see the Finance Managers face anymore and really wanted to leave. My wife persuaded me to come back in. The finance manager then approached us with the salesman present and he said again that we can go ahead and leave. My wife again convinced me to stay and sign if the salesman closed the deal and I said ok. We signed all the paperwork with the salesman, However, three days later we get a email from dealership thanking us and asking to complete short survey which wasn't attached and as of yet still haven't received copies of signed documents. My wife and I have a disagreement as to the dealership. She said that's how men act towards women who are knowledgeable and that women have been disrespected for years by certain types of men and that he is just one of those types. I disagree with her in that no one should ever be yelled at and asked to leave when they are negotiating and or conducting business. Perhaps this young man should take an anger management class because he is very short with rude and no one should tolerate this from anyone. The only recommendation we can give at this time is the salesman was patient, understanding and professional. More
