Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant, friendly and courteous. I was made to feel welcomed and was offered refreshments throughout my visit. I worked with Jon Gonyer during my buying experience. Jon was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and helpful during the purchase. I could not have asked for more. I appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to answer all my questions made me feel comfortable during my visit. I worked with Kevin Roberts on my financing and boy I had a lot of questions. This is always the stressful part for me and Kevin was great at answering all my questions and some asked more than twice. Overall I had an excellent experience buying my new 2018 Ram 1500. When we got there we were greeted by a gentleman whose name is Marcus Mister. He was neither pushy nor attempting to sell us something we were either not really interested in nor could we afford. He treated us professionally and politely. Listened to our questions and concerns and then set about the task of setting us up with the vehicle we "fell in love with". He then took us to another gentleman named Kevin Roberts. He also treated us with respect, found financing for us and the whole experience with him and Mr. Mister was outstanding. (The only downside is all that paperwork LOL). I would without hesitation refer anyone looking for a car to go to Phillips CJDR. More
