Kevin from the service department was great as usual repairing my car in one day. I am disgusted though by Zeigler charging a 3% service charge for using a credit card to pay. The majority of car repairs are an amount that the average person cannot pay in cash so to penalize car owners for needing to use credit while already making a healthy profit on repairs is unconscionable. More

Keven Rodriguez in the Service Department is always professional and courteous and very efficient!!! I'm never disappointed when I go through him, one of the main reasons I don't mind getting my vehicl professional and courteous and very efficient!!! I would give them a zero if that was an option. They wrote something totally different on the work order than what I told them the problem was. I couldn't get thru to the service department by ph They wrote something totally different on the work order than what I told them the problem was. I couldn't get thru to the service department by phone. I had to drive back up there just to tell them how I wanted them to move forward and was told they wouldn't do a transmission fluid change without charging me another $300.00. The mechanic said I need a new transmission and the car drove fine just with the updates. I don't trust them. I feel that the staff is very unprofessional. More
