Kevin was fine. I went in for an oil change, regular oil. Even with an appointment the job took 1 1/2 hr, which seems excessive but usual. My big concern is cost. I went in for an oil change, regular oil. Even with an appointment the job took 1 1/2 hr, which seems excessive but usual. My big concern is cost. Last fall an oil change cost $40. This time the oil change listed at $70. This was mitigated by a $20 coupon I remembered to get on my way out of the house. My out of pocket cost was $53, up by 32% over last fall. Full price without the coupon discount would have meant a 75% over last fall. This seems exorbitant. More
