Called them out of the blue at 4PM on a Saturday and the salesman Kevin talked to us for about half an hour. We had not considered the Colorado until he suggested it to us. He was willing to explain everything and was very personable and easy to work with. HEY - you seem to want me to rate on service. Went in as my key fab was not working , when the very friendly front desk last replaced my batteries I let her know that that the tire pressure on my phone app was reading low. At that time she very ple friendly front desk last replaced my batteries I let her know that that the tire pressure on my phone app was reading low. At that time she very pleasantly directed me to the service department, I at that point let the gentleman know what was going on, he let me know that he would be with me shortly, a young woman very rudely interrupted and spoke out and said” before anyone does anything you will first take care of the batteries that were just put in your car”. I responded with, I’m sorry I think your thinking of another customer, she responded back, with no, I’m talking to you, you need to pay for the batteries you just got( again, very rude). I said no, I don’t think so, I just bought my car about a week ago. She muttered something under her breath, and at that point they took my key and said they would be with me shortly. They did look at my tires and added air to them, when my car was done , again she handed me my keys in a sarcastic manner joking the keys out with just two fingers and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Very unpleasant and unprofessional! My experience with all the other team members was extremely impressionable and very welcoming! More

We found our salesman Kevin to be wonderful. He really explained everything about the vehicles we were interested in as well as gave us a full rundown about Sawyer and the company’s commitment t He really explained everything about the vehicles we were interested in as well as gave us a full rundown about Sawyer and the company’s commitment to us after buying a car from them. Mark in business was very instrumental in helping us decide on an extended warranty. And of course, Michelle made our visits to the showroom very pleasant and even recognized our voices if we called. Kevin worked hard to get us in our new Equinox. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to buy or lease so he had to go through it all several times. Mark was most helpful as well. Very happy with the buying process with Sawyer Chevy after looking at other dealerships in the area. Much more down to earth and friendly. Kevin was extremely helpful and very knowledgable.
