Sorry for the delay - the check was sent out the beginning of last week and the key was sent out to you at the end of last week. Please let us know when you receive them. Again, we apologize for the delay and lack of communication.

We returned back to Indiana and had no key and no check in the mail. So I called and left a message and started my email for the day and there was this survey, so I just filled it out, not necessarily in Gates' favor. Later in the day, though, Kevin called back and said he had the key there so I went and picked it up (we haven't been to Florida where the car is since, so I hope it is the correct one). Then later in the week, we got a notice from our friends in Florida that there was indeed a letter from Gates and we had them send it to us in Indiana. A day or two later another letter from Gates ended up in Florida and that then was sent to us. Both letters had a check in them, one for a tax refund and the other for the promised as before. So in the end, they tried AND DELIVERED! Thanks, guys, and sorry I was so late in getting this survey corrected. And both Juan and Kevin get a five-star response from me.

Sorry to hear about you having trouble with your truck. I followed up with the warranty company and they told me you had it in a shop in Texas and they sent an inspector out to verify the problem. They said they could not verify any problem. We would never sell a vehicle that we knew there was a problem with the motor and although we wish every vehicle we sold could last forever without issues, we know that is just not possible. We are sorry you are having issues with the motor.
