I schedule to have my brakes done and to drop my truck off in the morning which I did I called on my lunch break to be sure it was gonna be ready by the time I got off work and it was not I had to wait an off in the morning which I did I called on my lunch break to be sure it was gonna be ready by the time I got off work and it was not I had to wait an extra hour after the service center have the truck from seven to 4 o’clock and I did not get out of there till five I did express my dissatisfaction to the service center manager and was given no other reason thanThen the right brake pads were not ordered which I find very hard to believe I was given no other reason and then I’ll wait and I’m sorry and that was it it would’ve been nice if I could’ve received a small discount on either the parts for the labor but none was offered and I did not ask More

The service department is always professional and friendly. Pricing for routine service is very reasonable and time involved is also reasonable. I was promised a second key and two weeks later...no key. I was promised a check to get a defective windshield fixed...no check. I think the people either tried...or lied. I hate giving bad recommendations, but maybe I have to. At the time I really thought they were doing everything they could to make it right, but after two weeks I am beginning to wonder. I would have given Juan a 5 star and Kevin a 5 star, but no key and no check means I cannot. I was thinking of going to Facebook with my experience anyway, but maybe now I don't have to. More

This dealership sold us a 2012 Ford F150 in April of 2019 the new things was wrong with the motor never said anything $26,000 now things in the motors gone wrong and now we have to pay over $10,000 to get it the new things was wrong with the motor never said anything $26,000 now things in the motors gone wrong and now we have to pay over $10,000 to get it fixed Gates you suck and now the warranty is gone because the ticking was not continuously. Oh yeah and when we took it to get its first oil change right there at Gates Mishawaka the young woman barely knew how to do it did not tighten the splash guard for the oil pan. And dented the guard. More
