I was treated with respect as I was looking for my new car. I would say I was a very difficult customer because I wanted to make sure that the car that I was buying was perfect! The first car they brought car. I would say I was a very difficult customer because I wanted to make sure that the car that I was buying was perfect! The first car they brought out wasn't exactly what I was looking for but it was in my budget so I took a look at it. I liked how much room it offered but when I opened the hood there was a part of the air intake had broken off and they apologized many times for it. They brought another car out that was not in my budget that I did happen to like and made it the exact same price as the other car in which I was surprised lol. I bought a Ford escape which I love and I actually know the guy that ended up with the other car and they fixed the car before selling it to him. Gates has earned my respect and when my wife needs a new car I'm taking her to gates where I know i will be treated right! More
