Absolutely low balled my Jeep without even test driving it. Almost walked out but my sales guy Roger was awesome and went to bat for me. Got a few thousand more for the Jeep and took off all excess fees on the Ram to about make it a even trade in. It was the end of the day and the Ram was not detailed at all. Horrible dust and dirt everywhere. Roger again to the rescue... lined up a full detail and rental. So.. Roger 5 stars and dealership 1 star making a 3 star review.

I did not even put in there that the tires had 3/32nds tread left and was told "they were tested and fine" i immediately had to buy tires which are crazy expensive for a truck that is leveled and has 35 inch tires. I spent $2300 on the new Nittos. I really wanted $27000 for the Jeep and only received $23500. Even though I originally turned down that number and Was given the impression I was given more money.You guys originally put my Jeep on the lot for 31000 and I am not OK with a dealership making $8000 off of me. In all honesty I have complete buyers regret... This is also a Canadian truck and I was told that I had a factory warranty which is incorrect. I definitely feel like a couple more $1000 should have come my way However that Could be done. I am now so far upside down on this truck I will probably be forced to keep it for a long time.

And honestly that was Roger going back-and-forth.. Made it sound like I was getting more money. But because it was the end of the day I feel like I was absolutely rushed out the door and never had a chance to really look at all the paperwork until I got home. Or the fact that the truck was not even detailed at all and I and I still was charged for auto Butler

Thanks for your follow up. Like the total atmosphere of your dealership. Very pleasant and comforting. My wife also visited to pick up vehicle and noticed it is nothing like when we bought our 2018 Chev Equinox at Suburban. They are to corporate. your is rewarding for how you have staffed it.
