The online sales team—Mike and Mark—were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, staying in touch with me via text and email to answer all my questions. Once I made my decision, Angela was wonderful, guiding me through the initial steps and even reserving the car in my name as soon as she arrived at work. Alex in finance was relaxed, professional, and accommodating. I truly appreciated how he made the process smooth, only recommending what was necessary without any pressure. The real standout was Kevin Sylvia, who epitomizes professionalism and warmth. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond—even driving our new car to us, 90 minutes away! The entire team made us feel like their top priority, eager to assist and ensuring every detail was perfect. Having visited another dealership first, where I was met with pushy tactics and unhelpful staff, the difference at Lexus of Watertown was remarkable. I am thrilled to have found such a dedicated and caring team. You all truly ROCK! My only regret is that you're not closer for regular maintenance. More

Excellent experience from the minute I walked in the door. Kevin Silva was genuine and very easy to work with.
