My experience was ok. I knew exactly what I wanted going in which helped. Sales team seemed more interested in upselling than really helping me get the right car for me. W I knew exactly what I wanted going in which helped. Sales team seemed more interested in upselling than really helping me get the right car for me. Which is fine, I understand how it works. But from a customer service perspective, I didn’t appreciate the feeling that our best interests were rarely aligned during the process. I also didn’t enjoy having the salesperson run back and forth constantly to check in with the finance/other support staff person behind closed doors. If they needed to be that involved with every step in the process, let’s just all sit down together and hammer out details. It was almost comical how often it happened (probably 9-10 times in an hour). On top of that, I sat at his desk for a period while he met with another customer and went on a test ride. Again, I understand that you’re busy but it’s hard to recommend a place that doesn’t give the time of day. Like I said, I knew exactly what I wanted and you had it on the lot, which made it very convenient and worth putting up with. Had that not been the case, I probably would have walked out based on my experience. More

I like the showroom, the repair area, the business management, the parking lot and most of all I liked the sales person, Boris Sonkin. Boris bent over backward to help a future customer and spent tim management, the parking lot and most of all I liked the sales person, Boris Sonkin. Boris bent over backward to help a future customer and spent time with me finding out my needs and wants then showing me the possibilities. Finally coming to the order and completing the order and waiting for the shipment from the assembly plant. I was on a rental car so I was getting very anxious to get the replacement, Boris called me and asked if a different color was ok and I said yes, then a few days later he called again and said we have the exact same vehicle but different color can you get here right away. Anyway the rest is history. Boris got me into a great Toyota RAV4 Premium. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Rudy Luther Toyota and Boris Sonkin!! More
