Unfortunately, my most recent service experience was extremely disappointing. The technician provided inaccurate information and avoided giving clear, direct answers to straightforward questions. My vehicle was kept much longer than expected, with very little communication throughout the process.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my vehicle back, there was an oily/greasy substance left all over my leather passenger seat, along with garbage inside the car from the service department. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
The quality of service at this dealership is not what it once was, and it has significantly impacted my confidence in both the service center and the brand overall. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider purchasing another Honda in the future.
