I have been a loyal Honda owner for nearly 30 years because Honda vehicles have always been dependable and reliable for my family. I currently drive a 2016 Pilot that I purchased new, and until recentl because Honda vehicles have always been dependable and reliable for my family. I currently drive a 2016 Pilot that I purchased new, and until recently, I trusted the dealership service department to maintain it properly. Unfortunately, my most recent service experience was extremely disappointing. The technician provided inaccurate information and avoided giving clear, direct answers to straightforward questions. My vehicle was kept much longer than expected, with very little communication throughout the process. To make matters worse, when I finally received my vehicle back, there was an oily/greasy substance left all over my leather passenger seat, along with garbage inside the car from the service department. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The quality of service at this dealership is not what it once was, and it has significantly impacted my confidence in both the service center and the brand overall. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider purchasing another Honda in the future. More

I chose to have my car serviced at Findlay Honda because they always give good service to my car. Yesterday, 4/28/26 my car battery died on me. Took it there, they did the test & was able to get out there they always give good service to my car. Yesterday, 4/28/26 my car battery died on me. Took it there, they did the test & was able to get out there fast &free of charge. Also, the Honda tech guy, Kevin was nice enough to answer some questions about my car. More

They service advisors were very professional and offered me an Uber so I wouldn't have to stay for the 3+ hour service. I did notice that 2 of my orange tire caps went missing and I had to order another set me an Uber so I wouldn't have to stay for the 3+ hour service. I did notice that 2 of my orange tire caps went missing and I had to order another set from Amazon. The service advisor did skip me and assisted the cars behind me because I pulled forward to move the line up and waited an extra few minutes. I had to call out to them to check me in. Overall 8/10. More
