The last time I took my car in the software update didn’t get done. I asked if they could do it the same day. The tech agreed they could work on it.

I declined since I didn’t know it would take that amount of time. Everyone was understanding. I appreciate the extra mile.

Car lost power in Searchlight and had it towed in. Anthony immediately took care of me and got me checked in. I live in So. Cal. so I had to leave the car for repairs. Anthony arranged transportation to the airport for a rental. Anthony kept me informed on the repairs and when the work was completed. Returned to Henderson. 6 days later and picked up my repaired car, runs perfect again. Thank you again, Anthony, and the entire staff, for a job well done.

I'll probably ask for him on my next appointment. Findlay isn't the closest dealership but was recommended to me early upon my arrival when relocating from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 2024. Considering that I don't drive that many miles per year anymore since retiring, the drive from the eastside of LV to Findlay isn't really a burden.
