Ethan puts too much pressure on a customer. Do not like his style!! Was going to purchase 2 vehicles but he said not A DIME IN WIGGLE ROOM!! Not sure I ll be back for next Toyota!! I can confidently say that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove an hour and 40 minutes just to purchase my vehicle from them! From the moment I inquired about my RAV4 XLE buying experience I have ever had. I drove an hour and 40 minutes just to purchase my vehicle from them! From the moment I inquired about my RAV4 XLE Hybrid, Morgan’s friendly and welcoming demeanor instantly captured my attention. My salesperson, Kevin, was outstanding! He was professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel like a bother, which was a stark contrast to my experience at Dover. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly excelled at his job. The financial aspect was also refreshingly positive. Ron was knowledgeable and transparent, walking us through everything so we never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on us. Overall, my experience at Ourisman was fantastic, and I would absolutely buy from them again, no matter the distance. They respected my preferences and didn’t pressure me into purchasing a car I didn’t want, nor did they mislead me about the availability of the vehicle. I would wholeheartedly recommend them! More

Salesman Kevin was top notch and knew what every little button was for in the vehicle and was very patient - Ron and Harry were very helpful and were not pushy --- but if they felt strongly about something button was for in the vehicle and was very patient - Ron and Harry were very helpful and were not pushy --- but if they felt strongly about something like an extended warranty Harry didnt back down. I believed he was being sincere and not just trying to make a buck-- Hey if he was then he did it the right way-- made the customer feel good about it Everyone in the dealership was courteous as at least 4 different people asked if we needed water, coffee etc. have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the best dealership I have ever been in -- even the bathroom was spotless -- keep it up! We had a good experience at Ourisman Toyota . The negotiations on price and trade-in were fair. We negotiated the deal over the phone and were able to pick the vehicle up the next day. He sent us a video of the truck and explained its standard as well unique features. He was engaged throughout the total process and was a pleasure to work with. There were two minor issues, both of which were professionally handled by management. Based on our experience, we would definitely do business again. More
