Bethwel, we are very sorry to hear you had an experience that was less than great. My name is Jeff Borakove, General Manager of this store and I personally looked into the call back that Toyota gave us. That call back matches what we your contract was drawn up for. It is perplexing as to why Toyota would tell you a different rate providing all the equity variables of the your purchase were entered the same way. I am happy to explore this further, but I feel it is important for you to know that we only followed Toyota Financials guidelines on their call back for your contract.
