Extremely disappointed that the service department allowed me to leave the shop with a VERY audible problem with the back brake installation! I should have turned around immediately but wanted my husband's input. He drove it and IMMEDIATELY sent me back to Honda Service. Service found one of my new brake calibers was faulty. The problem was corrected. Mark my long time customer service representative provide his usual outstanding service. More
