Hello, my name is Kevin Withers Service Adviser for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been in the automotive industry since 2002 joining the Honda of Dublin team in 2012. I have completed the Honda Service training and believe it is important to treat and take care of our customer’s right the first time. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and Eastland Career Center. When I am away from the dealership I enjoy the outdoors, working on my house and yard as well as spending time with my daughter Madison. Plenty to keep me busy.

Germain Honda did a great job getting me in, diagnosing the issue, fixing it and getting me back on the road! My battery failed unexpectedly. Germaine Honda got me in as soon as I got my car battery jumped the issue, fixing it and getting me back on the road! My battery failed unexpectedly. Germaine Honda got me in as soon as I got my car battery jumped and could get there. I couldn't leave my car overnight so I was relieved they were able to fix it same day. Excellent service! More

Great Service and Sales Since purchasing my vehicle (2013 Honda Pilot) I have used this dealership for all services dealing with the vehicle. My wife and I purchased our Hon Since purchasing my vehicle (2013 Honda Pilot) I have used this dealership for all services dealing with the vehicle. My wife and I purchased our Honda Pilot (Used low mileage) from Germain and the sales staff there is top notch and willing to work for the customer. I will most likely purchase from Germain again in the future and would recommend Germain to anyone wanting to be treated fair and honest both in the sales dept and service dept. These people know how to make the customer feel like part of their family. More

Excellent service Was very satisfied with the service received. Was told last time I was in for service that I would likely need front brake pads replaced on this visit Was very satisfied with the service received. Was told last time I was in for service that I would likely need front brake pads replaced on this visit. Service Manager at this appointment said that front brakes still looked good and didn't need servicing. I only needed the "Reminder B" service and saved a lot of money not having to have the brakes serviced. Thank you for your honesty, Kevin! More
