Hello, my name is Kevin Withers Service Adviser for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been in the automotive industry since 2002 joining the Honda of Dublin team in 2012. I have completed the Honda Service training and believe it is important to treat and take care of our customer’s right the first time. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and Eastland Career Center. When I am away from the dealership I enjoy the outdoors, working on my house and yard as well as spending time with my daughter Madison. Plenty to keep me busy.

Passenger air bag recall check Germain called and texted me and told me to bring my car in to check if my passenger air bag was properly installed. They offered to send a technicia Germain called and texted me and told me to bring my car in to check if my passenger air bag was properly installed. They offered to send a technician to come to my house or business to do the check. I brought the car in to the dealership on a Saturday morning. They were swamped, and took an hour to perform the 1/2 hour job, but that was ok. They also did a complete inspection which was nice, and washed my car. I trust that they’ll do the job right the first time and will keep my car dependable through winter. More

Excellent Service: Kevin Withers, Service Advisor I had an emergency with a curbed tire. It was damaged beyond repair, but I was able to make it to Germain in Dublin. I had no appointment; however, th I had an emergency with a curbed tire. It was damaged beyond repair, but I was able to make it to Germain in Dublin. I had no appointment; however, the service department was able to work me in during the course of the day. Kevin Withers and Germain's tire expert helped me select a new set of tires. I was planning to replace the tires, but my damaged tire made it a good time to do it. I was very glad that the tires were in stock and could be installed while I waited despite the fact that they were very busy. I had worked with Kevin Withers before when I brought my car in for service over the last 10 years. He has always been professional, trustworthy, and helpful. He is someone who goes above and beyond to deliver the highest customer service. I was very grateful for Kevin's assistance this week and throughout the past several years. He is an exceptional service advisor. More
