Hello, my name is Kevin Withers Service Adviser for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been in the automotive industry since 2002 joining the Honda of Dublin team in 2012. I have completed the Honda Service training and believe it is important to treat and take care of our customer’s right the first time. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School and Eastland Career Center. When I am away from the dealership I enjoy the outdoors, working on my house and yard as well as spending time with my daughter Madison. Plenty to keep me busy.

Oil Change I had a 10:30 appointment on Saturday, October 27. I got there right at 10:30 and was immediately helped. I don't remember the guy's name that check I had a 10:30 appointment on Saturday, October 27. I got there right at 10:30 and was immediately helped. I don't remember the guy's name that checked me in, but he was polite and told me it would be about an hour. About 30 minutes later, he let me know everything was done. He briefly went over what was done and what the recommendations are for the next visit. I like the waiting area with coffee & water. Based on the pictures below, I think it was Kevin Withers. More

Great! ! I wish the car wash feature was available as it would have been a good addition and I wish it didn’t take a full hour! But they went above and beyon ! Kevin took care of all of my concerns I asked to make sure the mechanics use Sockets or box-end wrenches to remove my drain-plug.
