Khan is a great salesman! He went out of his way and got me the deal I wanted :) I was able to keep the same monthly car payment! His general manger, Warren Santos gave me 7 year/100,000 mile bumper to bump me the deal I wanted :) I was able to keep the same monthly car payment! Dealership and sales people were very good, clean establishment. However I had been informed that the vehicle that I purchased would be detailed before I would take delivery which would take about 2 establishment. However I had been informed that the vehicle that I purchased would be detailed before I would take delivery which would take about 2-3 days. I received a call from Khan Ho stated that the car was ready to pickup the next day. I told Khan I could not travel to Elk Grove the next day and he said he could deliver it to me in Yuba City. I agree to his suggestion and received the vehicle the next day. Upon inspecting the interior of the vehicle the next day I noticed that the car had not been cleaned nor detailed. There was dog or cat hair all over the interior floor and seats, counsel is dirty. Also the seats are soiled with spots on them. I look closer at the exterior and notice that there were dirty water streaks running down the hatchback and onto the rear bumper which leads me to believe that the vehicle only received an exterior wash. I would also venture to say that the interior cabin filter is probable dirty and full of animal hair. Very bad job of following through on what was stated would be done before delivery of the vehicle. Dennis Lim More
