Angelo seen my internet inquiry and immediately got in touch with me to see if I had any further questions and to test drive the Altima at my convenience. When I arrived at the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law we were immediately attended to by Khanh. Angelo already had all my information entered in their system which allowed the specifics to be worked out fast. Khanh and Angelo treated us like we were part of family and was able to get us an exceptional deal. Joining our "family" experience was Vu who breezed right through the financing to complete the deal. "A Truly Exceptional Experience" I had spent several months researching a 2016 Nissan Maxima. At work, I asked a friend of mine if he knew anyone who worked at any Nissan dealerships I had spent several months researching a 2016 Nissan Maxima. At work, I asked a friend of mine if he knew anyone who worked at any Nissan dealerships. Just by chance, he said "yes", he knew someone who gave him some great deals on the purchase on a couple of vehicles he had bought for himself. He had also referred some other family members from the bay area who also purchased their vehicles from this Sales Specialist. His name is Khan Ho, from Elk Grove Nissan. So he gave me his number and one day about a week before the end of the year, I called Khan. I was a little nervous because I prefer to deal with folks face to face, especially when regarding such an expensive purchase. To my surprise, Khan made me feel very comfortable on the phone and assured me he would give me the very best deal in the Sacramento region. He told me not to worry and just come in, check the inventory, take a test drive, and make sure to get exactly, what model, color, and price I wanted to pay with absolutely no pressure at all. So I agreed to meet him on my next day off from work. When I got home that evening, I know I was about to deal with the most difficult part of the negotiating process - my wife! When I had told her that I had contacted Khan, she was visibly upset. She used to work in Fleet for the State and she knows a little something about the dealings in the automotive industry. She absolutely dislikes and deplores going in person to the dealerships and negotiating with the dealers. She much rather do everything on line via the Internet - which by the way is how she got a great deal on a new Toyota. After the initial shock of my news, I told her how good I felt talking to Khan, how he seemed very honest, made me feel at ease, and guaranteed he would take care of me. With a lot of reluctance, my wife agreed to come with me the next day to meet Khan. When we went to the dealership, Kahn greeted us with a big warm smile which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. After talking to him for a couple of minutes, we knew we were going to purchase our vehicle from him. We felt his demeanor was so "down to earth" and caring... and happily, we were right! During our entire purchasing process, Kahn had great energy, was very enthusiastic and had a positive attitude. He was very respectful, honest and we actually felt like he treated us like we were part of his family! These qualities are the reason our negotiation process turned out to be pretty fun! Khan was very animated and funny, as well as being very professional. We were discussing our deal, laughing and having a great time and before we knew it, he came back with a price that was "Truly Exceptional!" Khan went above and beyond our expectations by providing a positive environment which made our experience really enjoyable. It was quick and painless, no pressure, no haggling, just like he promised! Khan provided a "Truly Exceptional" experience" in the purchase of our 2016 Bordeaux Black, Maxima SL. Also, we know Warren Santos, the General Sales Manager, played an integral part in getting our "Truly Exceptional" price. What an "Incredibly Awesome Team!" Thank you so much for providing us with the Deal of a Lifetime! Also, on a scale of 1 through 10, we would rate this "Truly Exceptional" experience a "15". Unless you live in Elk Grove and want to buy locally, you will find through a little research that other Nissan dealers are more competitive in price than Elk Grove. Our salesmen, Khanh Ho and Blake Nero, were very friendly, but they were not the problem. While shopping other dealers, EG told us they price match and gave us a quote over the phone, including oil changes, to match their competitor’s offers, so we returned to EG. After shaking hands on the price match offer, and completing the initial paperwork, the General Sales Manager, Warren Santos, told our salesman to remove some of the oil changes. In short, Santos was content to see us walk out rather than honor the oil changes written into our agreement. Santos would never once come out to meet us. After getting the owner involved, and several phone calls, Nissan and I came to an agreement. My monthly lease payments were still slightly higher than my original agreement (and higher than quotes from other dealers), probably giving Santos what he wanted in the first place, but I was tired of going back and forth. EG then contended that the quotes I received were for a different car but they would not look at the quote sheets sent to me from the other dealers that would have proven it to be the same car. For the few dollars per month more in my payments, it was worth having unlimited use of their car wash, and not wasting more time. Had it not been for that, I would have bought my Nissan from Roseville, like I did in 2013, because Roseville and Sacramento are easier to deal with. More

Buying your Car with Khan Ho! It's close to the end of the year and I know their are so many deals going on at the Elk Grove Auto Mall. I'd like to say Nissan of Elk Grove is the best place to purchase a car! Not only do they have dope cars (I really want that White GT-R) but customer service is really good! I'd like to thank Khan for being the best salesperson ever! I'm hoping he gets Employee of the month for December. He made car buying easy and stress free! I'd like to call him a friend cause he really trusted my parents and I to test drive a car while he figures out payments for us. After the test drive we negotiated on monthly payments and down payments. It came to a conclusion that we really liked the Altima and we went for that car. I can say that Khan is a really laid back salesperson, because he was showing me more specs about the Altima and was down to listen to Childish Gambino and bumped up 3005 with the volume, bass and treble on blast! I'd honestly would go back to Nissan and purchase another car with him. Also Joe made the paper works less complicated and finished signing within 5 minutes! I haven't been to all the dealerships, but Nissan will always be a place to go to first to purchasing cars! More
