Amazing customer service me and my husband came to Nissan Elk grove dealership yesterday without even a hope that we will get a car, cause our price range for a vehicle was un me and my husband came to Nissan Elk grove dealership yesterday without even a hope that we will get a car, cause our price range for a vehicle was under $15 000, and because i m a big girl i needed something more like an SUV car, Soon as we got out of a car, we got treated like a royalty , guy name Khan came to us greeted and as all the right questions, He took us for a tour around their inventory, but i didn't like anything , so then he is like let me find out if there is still this SUV for a good price and low mileage, so he made a phone call, and then took us to a different parking lot and show us an SUV I FALL IN LOVE WITH FROM A MOMENT i SAW IT. To make long story short, we end up with getting a car i wanted at the great price, and even my husbands bad credit didn't ruin our day. Outstanding One of a Kind Dealership Experience My son and wife bought 4 new cars from Khanh and encouraged me to consider a new Nissan Altima for my replacement car. I went online and looked at the specifics for the Altima and was extremely impressed. Angelo seen my internet inquiry and immediately got in touch with me to see if I had any further questions and to test drive the Altima at my convenience. When I arrived at the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law we were immediately attended to by Khanh. Angelo already had all my information entered in their system which allowed the specifics to be worked out fast. Khanh and Angelo treated us like we were part of family and was able to get us an exceptional deal. "A Truly Exceptional Experience" I had spent several months researching a 2016 Nissan Maxima. At work, I asked a friend of mine if he knew anyone who worked at any Nissan dealerships I had spent several months researching a 2016 Nissan Maxima. At work, I asked a friend of mine if he knew anyone who worked at any Nissan dealerships. Just by chance, he said "yes", he knew someone who gave him some great deals on the purchase on a couple of vehicles he had bought for himself. He had also referred some other family members from the bay area who also purchased their vehicles from this Sales Specialist. His name is Khan Ho, from Elk Grove Nissan. So he gave me his number and one day about a week before the end of the year, I called Khan. I was a little nervous because I prefer to deal with folks face to face, especially when regarding such an expensive purchase. To my surprise, Khan made me feel very comfortable on the phone and assured me he would give me the very best deal in the Sacramento region. He told me not to worry and just come in, check the inventory, take a test drive, and make sure to get exactly, what model, color, and price I wanted to pay with absolutely no pressure at all. So I agreed to meet him on my next day off from work. When I got home that evening, I know I was about to deal with the most difficult part of the negotiating process - my wife! When I had told her that I had contacted Khan, she was visibly upset. She used to work in Fleet for the State and she knows a little something about the dealings in the automotive industry. She absolutely dislikes and deplores going in person to the dealerships and negotiating with the dealers. She much rather do everything on line via the Internet - which by the way is how she got a great deal on a new Toyota. After the initial shock of my news, I told her how good I felt talking to Khan, how he seemed very honest, made me feel at ease, and guaranteed he would take care of me. With a lot of reluctance, my wife agreed to come with me the next day to meet Khan. When we went to the dealership, Kahn greeted us with a big warm smile which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. After talking to him for a couple of minutes, we knew we were going to purchase our vehicle from him. We felt his demeanor was so "down to earth" and caring... and happily, we were right! During our entire purchasing process, Kahn had great energy, was very enthusiastic and had a positive attitude. He was very respectful, honest and we actually felt like he treated us like we were part of his family! These qualities are the reason our negotiation process turned out to be pretty fun! Khan was very animated and funny, as well as being very professional. We were discussing our deal, laughing and having a great time and before we knew it, he came back with a price that was "Truly Exceptional!" Khan went above and beyond our expectations by providing a positive environment which made our experience really enjoyable. It was quick and painless, no pressure, no haggling, just like he promised! Khan provided a "Truly Exceptional" experience" in the purchase of our 2016 Bordeaux Black, Maxima SL. Also, we know Warren Santos, the General Sales Manager, played an integral part in getting our "Truly Exceptional" price. What an "Incredibly Awesome Team!"
