After researching the vin i found some info on where and how much they purchased the car as i did at the other dealers. The others straight out lied about how they aquired their cars except this one. Khayin was honest and was willing to work with me. Needless to say I purchased the car at a price that we both were happy with. I would recommend Greater Chicago Motors to anyone looking for a high quality car, a great price with great customer service. More

Friendly and Courtous I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle (we live in Virginia Beach, VA) but it was well worth the trip. I originally dealt with the GM - Wally who answered all my questions. He didn't pressure us about the vehicle or harass us with calls after the initial inquiry. Once we decided that we were going to Chicago, Wally told us they would provide pick up service from the airport and not to worry about a taxi or Uber expense. Driver picked us up right on time and we were at the dealership (which is a warehouse) within minutes. We were greeted by Wally immediately and he in turn had his salesperson Khayin show us the vehicle. Khayin was very nice, not pushy very comfortable to work with. Once we had decided to purchase the vehicle we were turned over to the F & I department where we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Everything was easy...and no drama....just the way we like it. On our way home to Virginia Beach they even called to check on us to make sure that everything was fine. The dealership also handled our vehicle tags with our state DMV with no problems. The vehicles in the warehouse were all clean, neat and ready to show. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.... And since I use to work in the Car and auto finance business for over 20+ years that's high praise coming from me. More

While Mr. Khayin Molokwu my salesperson was very professional and understood my sincerity in acquiring the vehicle, the management/finance staff seemed a little aprehensive about me purchasing the vehicle even with my deposit (that was cashed within two days) due to my delay in finalizing the deal because I was out of state on business. Khayin Molokwu was easy to work with the whole way through the process from fielding my initial phone call to the final handshake as I drove away. Purchasing a used high end vehicle sight-unseen 1000 miles away is not for the faint of heart, but everyone I dealt with at Greater Chicago Motors was honest, helpful and friendly. The car was priced very competitively considering the low miles, options and condition. Chad Madani was detailed and fast getting the final papers put together for the transfer and Carlos picked me up from O'Hare literally within 10 minutes of me walking out of baggage claim. The car was waiting for me front and center, in great shape and was completely as advertised. This dealership specializes in low mile European beauties, and my clean and correct M-Sport 550i did not disappoint once out on the road, getting me back to Colorado quickly, safely and comfortably. The title for the vehicle arrived at my doorstep via Fed Ex a few days later. Overall a very positive experience that I would recommend to anyone. More
