Not a good experience for me The place is surely for ebay type business. It's not a place designed to go, see, sit down, test drive, negotiate, etc. The sales folks were constant The place is surely for ebay type business. It's not a place designed to go, see, sit down, test drive, negotiate, etc. The sales folks were constantly distracted and seemed to me were trying to do multiple deals at same time. There is also lots of squabbling between guys parking the cars and sales guys, etc. Not professional. I didn't get a good deal and I think they pulled a funny math on me on what I negotiated and what came out in final price. The car I got also was just driven by one of sales guys and had used shoes, some trash, etc. I also was given only one key, small detail they missed. But they did treat me very well, took time to show cars, pull out cars I wanted to see from the sardines line packed warehouse. Overall I wasn't pleased though. And wouldn't recommend. More

Terrible customer service!!!!! I live in another state so I had a good faith deal made with this dealership; I spent several hundred dollars on airfare, took off work for 2 days to I live in another state so I had a good faith deal made with this dealership; I spent several hundred dollars on airfare, took off work for 2 days to come pick up the vehicle only to find the vehicle was not as described. I was assured 2 different times that the tires were in great shape, I verified twice because I had several hundred miles to drive to get home, When I arrived at the airport the dealership courtesy pick up was :20 late, I also asked the salesman to have the car prepped and ready to go when I got there because of the long trip home. The car wasn't even in the showroom and it took them another :40 to get the car so I could inspect it, at that point it was still out of fuel. When I inspected the vehicle it was decent but not as clean as it was portrayed plus 2 of the tires had bubbles in the sidewalls, the owner refused to come out and talk with me and would not work with me at all on fixing the issues, therefore I didn't buy their vehicle. It was a very costly and disappointing trip to say the least. I would proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership!!!!! More

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff Khayin the sales person was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions about the car and explained everything in detail. Sam the owner that we met is also a very nice person who was very honest and offered me a great deal on the Bentley we bought from them. all in all my experience at Greater Chicago Motors was excellent and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a luxury vehicle to purchase to check them out first before going to any other dealership. More

Good Selection of Cars but take you time Was looking purchase a used 2010 BMW M3, long story short car was not as described after I did a pre-purchase inspection on it. I did put down $1000 Was looking purchase a used 2010 BMW M3, long story short car was not as described after I did a pre-purchase inspection on it. I did put down $1000 deposit. Wally one of the managers did not do his job, but to his luck his boss Sam saved the day. After Sam found out of my experience he immediately reached out to me, refunded my $1000 deposit and sent me a check for $500 for my time. I am glad Sam cares about his business but management needs training. My take away points from my experience with GCM: 1. Do not buy cars sight unseen. 2. Get a pre purchase inspection on the car. 3. Deal with Sam only. Thank you Sam! More
