The two service people I dealt with were fantastic.

I had an oil change done and they said they would check the other fluids. Well - even my oil level was low - I had to add a quart of oil. The antifreeze was not topped off either. Really disappointing to get this kind of service, when I trust the dealership to keep my new car running for a long time.
