It was a very bad experience and I even asked Arman to help me and Mike L wouldn't let Armund help me..The used car manager..I've been going to Arlington Nisson since 2012' ..My boyfriend doesn't want me going back to Arlington Nisson due to the unprofessionalism of Mike L.. I really liked Kiah but he was getting frustrated with Mike L and unfortunetly was put in the middle...This experience was so ridiculous and nasty in so many ways..To be yelled at in front of your child..I was basically degraded in front of the whole service department ..I was toyed with terribly...No ty...I'm never going back....When they messed up my car..To not admitt fault ...He also treated me like a dumb women...I'm 45 years old and a professiobal women myself..It took a lot out of me to not scream at Mike L that day...He accussed me of lying and that was very low of him.....I would of been happier if they would of admitted making a mistake and not of been mistreated..What Mike L did to me was shady to cover his end and not be responsble for my car.. I'm worried my car alignment is messed up now.. Unfortunately this happened but there's other places to go where I can be respected..Life lessons...
