The lighting lube center told me they weren’t able to perform my work. when I asked 2 weeks before they could perform the work for me. I recently experienced an issue with my windshield, which produces a noticeable noise. During my visit to your dealership, the service technician was unable to replicate the noise. When I returned to demonst produces a noticeable noise. During my visit to your dealership, the service technician was unable to replicate the noise. When I returned to demonstrate the problem, the staff were unwilling to properly inspect the windshield, standing several feet away from my car as I explained the issue. They subsequently stated that since the technician couldn't determine the problem, there was no fix available. This situation highlights a significant issue with the customer relations and service approach at your service center. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. More
