I was told to just bring my truck in for brake pads. When I got there I was told they have to order the pads. I had also ordered new tires. They took almost two hours to change the tires and charged a When I got there I was told they have to order the pads. I had also ordered new tires. They took almost two hours to change the tires and charged a hundred dollars more than I was quoted. When the brake pads came in I showed up at 7:00 am. I was the first one there. It took them 6 hours to change 4 brake pads. I will not be back to Phillips for any future appointments. More

Very nice place. I use their outside oil change place. You don't even have to.get out of the car! I took my Yukon there because ac wasn't working. They diagnosed I use their outside oil change place.
