Dissapointed in the accountability that this dealership takes over its mistakes and wrong doings. I brought my car in for a transmission issue that was clearly an issue before i bought the car that the dea takes over its mistakes and wrong doings. Initially I was assured that my car was covered under warranty and assumed as such since i have barely owned the car for two months. To my surprise, my advisor gave me false warranty info and i was told my car would not be covered by any warranties after they had already did hundreds in work. After all was said and done, i was charged multiple thousands of dollars and the only thing they did to remedy their mistake was to charge me employee price for parts. No discounts on labor, no apologies, and i had to leave my car with them for 3 weeks. I should be able to trust the dealer i buy my car from, but it seems this dealer cares more about their paychecks than their customers. More
