1, very poor. My vehicle was held for just days shy of 6 months, my vehicle was damaged, the service department manager called me a liar when I brought it to my at My vehicle was held for just days shy of 6 months, my vehicle was damaged, the service department manager called me a liar when I brought it to my attention. They had very poor communication skills. I delivered my truck clean in and out, they returned it to me dusty, and dirty on the inside and out. The battery they removed caused most technology to need to be reset. So my experience was POOR. This is after buying many cars from Corwin and Gus. More

Was told things by the dealership would be covered by warranty then I had to pay to get my truck back without fixing anything. The diagnostic revealed a recalled part was the issue, but I was still charged. Kiley talked with the manager afterwards and was able to get that fee reimbursed.
