I decided to just drive to Ford to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installled within a reasonable amount of time. The gal was so freaking nice about the whole thing, and asked if I had time to do it then…it was like 5:15 pm!! I was so happy and so relieved to have this done so I wouldn’t have to worry about it the rest of the week. Kiley was so nice and kind when I’d had a pretty rough day, I could never thank her enough for making my bad day so much better! She deserves a huge raise for her customer service and kindness!! Thank you a million times, Kiley!! More
